Player Lvl Cap

Does anyone know why my player lvl stopped increasing at lvl 70? I thought that the lvl caps were 60 for free to play and 75 for subscribers.

The level caps were changed.  Used to be 50 for Free to Play and 70 for subscribers.  So at some point you would have to be a subscriber before the increase to 75 so had access to level to 70.
