My friend passed away - locking his account

Hi, 

My best friend passed away this week and we used to play SWTOR. I would like to have his SWTOR/EA account locked so he won't get hacked and no one would use his account. 

Is there a way I can do it?

You will need to Call them, and verify the account in question.
