6.1.4c Known issue

C1/C7 error using Windows 7 - Try these workarounds

Using Win 8 - 

right mouse click on the game shortcut and select properties , go to the compat tab

tick run as admin
tick run in compat mode , then select xp service pack 3

Windows 10 - ensure all windows updates have been done

6.1 Known Issues:

Stuck at 0%- Set compatibility mode on the game shortcut to Windows XP Service Pack 3

The following issues got identified as player confusion:

• Cannot start Onslaught (Hearts and Minds not completed). see link
• Did not receive ROTHC as F2P/Preferred with 50. (ROTHC starts with 51 not 50).
• Cannot start Arma Rasa (Finds a Findman is not completed)
