I cant subscribe or buy cartel coins [ Edited ]

I am just returning to the game and tried to purchase both sub and cartel coins. I get a message after clicking buy now that the site is on maintenance. Upon looking at the forums I saw this was a big issue and also suggestions to rest Passwords, clear caches etc. Nothing is working please help.

The linked EA account that has the persona fallenlycan89 (not xFallenLycanx) is banned , that EA account uses a gmail different to the one on the swtor account

you are best to open a ticket via help.ea.com for a banned origin account (dont select swtor) once that is sorted , purchasing on swtor will work again

@proxos666 I put a ticket in, just a bit confused since I thought my swtor account was changed to match the email of this account. That other account was ahcked and I had trouble recovering it so I made this one hopefully they fix it. Thanks for all your help.

changing emails doesn't change the linkage , those 2 accounts are permanently linked
