Credit Card has been charged, but subscription not working... I have try several time still getting an error {0} Game in name is BethAllusis TimeStamp: 2021-02-05 10:30

Update: I can see in my payment history the transaction

I called and supposedly it had to do with me not being a sub for a while and changing my origin password. Thanks for following thru. I'll mark my question as solved.

Would really like to know myself. I used a 7 day referral link a week or so ago, not long after that, I also went and purchased 30 days worth of Game Time. As of today, when I logged on, I was now tagged as preferred instead of Subscriber. Any information or help would be very much appreciated.

Will be monday before can get a response here , you can call swtor support when the lines are open  

They likely need that transaction to close or fail first , but will follow up on monday

if you use a referral link and then subscribe , the money isnt charged until the 7 days is up , so if you cancel or remove the payment method the subscription fails as it hasnt been purchased
