My SWTOR ID is JarekDraganovic, i purchased 450 CC a while ago on Steam for SWTOR, but they simply aren't showing up in my account. Can anyone please assist me?

they also mentioned paypal failed due to funding issues

Hey there, i've emailed them twice, the last time was over a week ago and I haven't gotten a response nor has anything been done. How should I proceed?

Support said they havent received any emails from you, was it sent from the email on the swtor account ?
if it was try emailing from a different email domain just be sure to include the swtor displayname so they can link it to the swtor account
100% way is to call swtor support when the lines open and request the screenshtos are uploaded to an ea ticket whilst on the phone, this way you know they have the proof of purchase

Yes, they were sent from the e-mail ID I used to sign up for SWTOR it's the one I get all my account related information on. I am not a subscriber, does this affect my ability to access SWTOR support lines? Additionally, I'm from India. I'm not sure if support is accessible to players from this part of the world. Is it possible my emails are ending up in spam? I've tried emailing them from another email id on a different domain. Also, are my screenshots up to the standard needed to validate my purchase? Thank you.

Hey so I sent an email from another ID to which they responded, they asked for further information which I sent but that mail hasn't received any response and its been two days. What should I do?

Support confirmed the proof of purchase is attached to the ticket , just need to wait for an agent to get to it now and action.
I believe if it isn't sorted in the next day let me know can check further
