Cannot get a password reset E-mail

I have tried 4 times with the links on the account. I have been waiting for over 4 hours for an Email. I have ATT.net. I have received my account for my display name to see if it was working I got that, but no Password reset. Please tell me what is wrong with my account please.

Tried 2 more times in the last 30 min, still nothing

Hey there! If you had a Security Key attached to your account, you'll have to contact support and have them remove the Security Key before you are able to reset your password.
