Acount verification

hey I've had this account since 2009 and it was already verified and now it wont let me play my character since its over level 20 without verifying my account so I'm stuck in a loop i do want to get back into playing Star Wars the old republic I'm not even mad that you guy wiped my account for being unused for so long I just want to play you know what I mean.

Characters on accounts are never deleted by swtor , if the account has no characters more likely is not the same account 

as to verification , try changing the email to one never used on another ea/origin or swtor account before
