When will the game be playable?!?

As in Title. The game is completely unplayable at the moment. I bought it hoping that it would be like Cyberpunk, I went all the way to the premiere without a problem, next gen Witcher as well and a few other titles where there was a lot of complaining about the technical condition. But here is the tragedy. The game is total garbage. Maybe it doesn't crash, but it's constantly freezing... every few minutes. You can't play like that. So I ask what are the predictions? When can I expect a playable product?

My spec: Ryzen 7 5700x/RTX 3090/32 Gb ram ddr4

I was able to finish the story and explore in XBOX console, havent play it on PC yet sorry if you're having issues bro.
