The game runs on 2560x1440 for me and looks very blurry.
I experimented around and at 1920x1080 it looks like pixel art.
At 3840x2160 it's almost decent but not even close to what it actually should look like that resolution.
This is a shot at 2560x1440.
Rest of the settings are maxed with AMD Fidelity off (obviously it looks better when it's on, but that's just the magic of that feature)
Raytracing is on, but it looks the same when toggled off.

I might have found a solution:
There's something wrong with motion blur it seems. Everything, moving or not, is blurry.
Toggled it off, and now it looks good!
If you got this problem, toggle off motion blur!

Hey @Vendrean,
What are the in-game graphics settings that you're using, if I may ask?

I basically maxed everything out plus Raytracing, no AMD Fidelity thingie.
It looks like that with Raytracing on or off.
Graphics driver and Windows are up to date.
