Hello,
I pre-ordered my copy of Star Wars Jedi Survivor Standard Edition for the XBox Series X. Unfortunately, when I picked up my copy, no codes where given or on the receipt.
I reached out to the owner and found out that because they are a small local game store, they don't get the pre-order codes like the big box stores.
This is highly unfair to both myself, others who pre-ordered the game and this company.
I got punished for supporting my local game store and not Gamestop or someone similar.
Make this right please.

Your retailer should have those codes, contact them again and ask if they are going to get any.
If they say they will not or do not expect to get codes then the next steps are up to you.

So, what are the next steps you are referring to?
I can't magically make my pre-order bonuses appear!
I think you should put the Hermit pre-order items in the game patch. As an apology for this kind of issue and the other bugs and issues in this game.
