The game still does not launch for me, but I finally was able to get the Epic Launcher to recognize that it was installed. I installed and opened the old Origin app, closed the EA App and restarted Epic Launcher. Instead of showing "Install" underneath the game's thumbnail, which had been the case despite it having been installed, the Epic Launcher finally showed "Launch". But unfortunately when I select "Launch" it opens up Origin, but I can't access anything through Origin since it's all locked by the "Please Install EA App" pop-up. And when I switch to the EA App to launch after Epic, the game doesn't launch. It just shows a progress bar that says "Launching" but nothing happens.

Hi tomato
I followed your guide and it worked for me to a degree.
The only step that was different for me was that once I re-installed EA I did not sign in and attempted to install jedi survivor through epic.
Which that sent me to EA to log in and then asked to link Epic to EA and Survivor then began to download on EA not epic, yet to see if the game will actually boot but we will see what happens once the game have downloaded.
thanks for the help
