Hi everyone,
We have received a heads-up from Epic Games that they've resolved the issue that was causing this "Please wait while we install the partner application" error.
Could you please restart the Epic Games Store launcher & the EA app and try to launch the game via the Epic Games Store launcher again to see if it is now also working correctly for you?
It is possible that you need to update the Epic Games Store launcher.

I got it to work by changing the download location to the epic games library folder in the EA app. I couldn't just move it though, had to download it again. I tried moving it first, and after deleting it and restarting, then downloading to epic library folder, it started up correctly. I originally had trouble with epic launching the EA app prior to downloading, but all that took to fix was uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app. Hope this helps someone.

Hi all,
If you're still experiencing the issue after yesterday's fix from Epic Games went live, we would recommend either reinstalling the Epic Games launcher, the EA app, or both, to see if that fixes the issue for you.
Please make sure that all applications are fully up to date. If you want to force-check if your EA app is up to date, please run the EA app Updater program (that is installed on your PC once you install the EA app).

i have done every thing on this post and it still dosent work what now
