Achievements are lost after EA app crashed

What happens when the bug occurs? achievement conditions that are met don't get tracked and are lost permanently
What do you expect to see? additional triggers added into the game to check if the condition for an achievement has been met in the past and wasn't correctly unlocked yet

I'm trying to keep this spoiler free.

I was finishing my 100 % playthrough of the game, got all 100 priorite shards and bought every single item from Doma's shop and also finished off all the bounty hunters and unlocked the secret ending, so to speak.

Yet, when I was checking for the achievements I found out that the EA app had crashed in the background while I was playing.

I've tried restarting the game, accessing Doma's and Caj's shop again,  nothing works to get those achievements after the fact.
