if i buy star wars now can i start playing? i saw something about 1 week access before the game releases I'd like to know?

No, you can't play now, because Star Wars  Battlefront is not released. Release Date: November 17 2015    Other players can play, because they have EA Access program special for Xbox One (More info about EA Access http://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-Access/FAQ-EA-Access/m-p/3307879#U3307879 )
