Why aren't lobbies for Battlefront PS4 expansion packs ever available? [ Edited ]

The Battlefront game has been for sale on the PlayStation Store forever, expansion packs included, but no one is ever in the lobbies for Bespin, Death Star, etc. Meanwhile, you can always find games for the base MP lobbies like Walker Assault. Have those other lobbies been disabled?

As soon as I asked this, lo and behold there's a Bespin lobby, though it seems a little bit laggy.
