HI!
I have cancelled my pre-order for Star Wars: Battlefront - ultimate edition to purchase the standard edition instead. However, it has been several days and I still am yet to receive a refund.
The email I was sent in regards to my cancellation responded with:
"We've processed your cancellation request for the item(s) listed below. If you've already been charged, a refund will be processed and you'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued."
Again, it as been several days and I need the money to pay for a bill! Can I expect it anytime soon? I would have assumed I'd receive the refund instantaneously?!
