First thing to do Check if YOUR account are linked

You can check which accounts are linked to your EA Account by logging in to the Origin client. 

-login to the Origin client and click Account and Privacy, located under the Origin option on the menu bar.

-in the About Me tag, under Connected Accounts, you can see which accounts are linked to your EA Account.

NOTE if you’re playing on Xbox, you need to have Xbox Live Gold membership to access the online features of your game.

Here's how to check this

Xbox One

Scroll left on your Home screen. Choose Settings. Select Account. Choose Subscriptions.

And if your issue persist you need to restart your modem / router.

Then go to Settings /  Network / Advanced / Alternative Mac Address / Clear +  reboot.
