Ultimate pack not installing

Have just purchased the ultimate game with season pass and all the other packs. However it says they are installed but in the game they all show that they are not loaded.im not sure what the issue is. Each pack downloaded 10 mb which seems really small so what am I missing?

File a refund immediately. 

No one plays the DLC's. ( I have been trying to play the death star dlc for the past 4 daysfor several hours, 0 matches found ) 
And the game it self is stuffed with cheaters as it's no longer being monitored by EA any more.
