Hi all,
Sing-out / Sign-in worked for you?
When I try to update my games (and currently all of them need an update. I am totally stuck without a solution), In the lower left corner, the game pops up next to my account info and it disappears. Nothing gets downloaded/updated. A Message pops-up saying I need to confirm/klick yes in the windows pop-up to initiate the download.
But, no windows pop-up box is shown... which means I am stuck.... I even cannot re-download any other games purchased before.
Some questions:
- What might I be doing wrong?
(I do not get feedback from the origin interface on what might be wrong)
- How much free space do you need? 5-10-50-100 GB?
- Can you address the space needed to an external USB-C drive?
- Can you track download/install progress?
Can you help?
Thanks!

After a whole set of attempts, some solution came out
- I've set the switch for Origin cloud saving profile/... to 'on'
- Logged out, closed/killed all Origin tasks in the task manager
- Deleted the folders as described above
- Uninstalled Origin Client (was located on on my D-Drive) but kept my games installed on this drive.
- Restarted and installed the client on the OS (C-)drive
- Logged in and opened my games library
- In 1 second all games were up-to date (green check mark - downloaded and installed) So, it looks like the issue before was probably related to an incomplete handling of downloaded & installed files.
=> No warnings (on old version/close the windows message/ ... ) anymore when starting one of the updated games. Settings & key bindings were as saved before.
=> Downloading a new game started without an error message (installing and game start is for the upcoming night)
Thanks for the tips & suggestions!

Log-out/log-in did not work for me.
The steps that worked for me after many different approaches & attempts:
- I've set the switch for Origin cloud saving profile/... to 'on'
- Logged out, closed/killed all Origin tasks in the task manager
- Deleted the folders as described above
- Uninstalled Origin Client (was located on on my D-Drive) but kept my games installed on this drive.
- Restarted and installed the client on the OS (C-)drive
- Logged in and opened my games library
Update of the games was concluded, new games did not end up anymore in the 'preparing for download' state
