Cannot play.. Error 0xc000007b

Hello, when I try to log into the game I get an error. Error code (0xc000007b). But I did not install the game completely. I tried to play only when the playable part was opened and I canceled it because I thought I would get this error when I loaded the whole. Will this error be resolved when I install all of them? If not, how can I fix this error and what is the reason? Thank you.
