Don't bother to ask for help because nobody will respond. I have been trying in vain to contact someone regarding the sims freeplay but...no response. There is no email or phone number from anyone in the company. They obviously don't care about their customers.

For Sims Freeplay Support you'll have to reach out to Firemonkeys via the link below. Help.EA.com will provide support for most EA games, however for that title the Firemonkeys' studio will address any inquires for that game.

NO KIDDING!!! I had over 200 players quick sold off my account by a hacker the market value to get back all my players was close to 3.8M in coins and after investigation by their "specialist team" they only gave me back 430k and told me that was all they could do. I also got hung up on several times by there "customer service" agents.

Can you please send me a private message with that case number so I can have our quality assurance team review the call? If you do not have Login Verification enabled on your account we strongly recommend doing that to create an additional layer of security. Our staff will do their best to investigate missing item/currency claims, however we cannot always guarantee full account restoration.
