I recently bought the season pass for Battlefront and I never received any content. This has happened to me before which leads me to believe that I have a problem with my xbox. I really do not want to purchase another season pass so any help is greatly appreciated

@Ka0sNuclear If you try grab the Season Pass from your store page can you? From there you should be able to grab the Outer Rim DLC

If you can't get any of this, it seems that the Season Pass wasn't applied to your account properly.
If you reach out to Xbox support they can investigate the status of the purchase and point you in the right direction.

That is definitely not the issue, the code just simply did nothing when I confirmed the download

@Ka0sNuclear If you reach out to Xbox support they can check your account and see if an appropriate code was applied to the account. They can then advise on the best way to move forward.

They said that the code was never activated onto my account at all and that the best solution would be to contact EA since it is your product.
