Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.
If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.

EA is a joke. I’ve been locked out of every EA game I own because “my account is invalid”. Tried everything, talked to your useless tech support for an hour, filled out your forms, and nothing.

Hello, @WithoutTheJuice.
I assume you don't have access to the email on the account? Is that because the email no longer exists? If so, have you tried creating the same email address again? If you can, that would let us verify you own the account and resolve this issue.

So I had the invalid account issue. Thought it was EA's fault.... (sorry EA) but it appeared to be a console issue.
What I mean is, I'm sure I've given account details to a friend in the past. So he could play on It while I was on hols. It looks like the idiot thought he could carry using it... As I was shocked to see after logging on through here that I have access to XBOXONE on my account. Never had one.... so I 'Revoked Access' relaunched FIFA ON MY PSN account and Bob's your Teapot! Worked first time. Logged back in Now, happy days

@EA_Barry why does your recovery team suck?
I've tried to submit a form to recover my EA account 3 times. I literally provided as much information as humanly possible and I'm still getting denied. I don't know what else to do. I'm not some troll trying to get access to someone else's account. I don't have access to this old email I used for my account like 10 years ago and I can't get access. WTF?

So I bought Star Wars battlefront II and I’ve played it before I had this issue, but anyway all of a sudden it’s telling me that my account is invalid but when I check the household tab in your account settings it say adult. So idk why it won’t let me play the game

I’ll try playing online and I get a message that says “EA Account invalid” and I don’t know how to fix it.
