I didn't receive any items for the deluxe edition of Star Wars Battlefront

I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Battlefront (on the playstation store) and when I launched the game I didn't get any of the exclusive emotes or instant access to weapons or star cards. If you were supposed to receive a download code I did not.
