Huge unplayable lag.

Hello everyone, I had no isssues with lag within first 5 days after playing. Then kaboom huge FPS drop and basically infinite lag. I have 5 fps when moving and 1 when in combat. No this isn't my network as even the menu is lagging for no reason. Even the tutorial. I have 8GB ram, Maybye thats the issue? Oh and i have V-Sync disabled. Hepled with lag for not long. My graphics are on the lowest setting possible. Everything else is smooth.
