Fullscreen not working on laptop

The fullscreen option does not work, it's just stays windowed. I've got Windows 8.1 and GTX 850M. I would like to play fullscreen to have a few FPS more. Pls help/fix this

@Rafikiler How does fullscreen fail? Do you get an error message? Does the shortcut (Alt & Enter) work?

No error message, no shortcut works. It's just like it tries to go fullscreen, then turns back to windowed mode, even though it says that fullscreen is set.

To answer the probable questions - yes, I have everything set right in the NVIDIA Panel

There is one solution, to optimize the game via GeForce Experience to and open it through it, but even then when I want to change the settings in game, I enter the video settings section and it goes windowed immediately.
