Friends appear offline and I appear offline to friends when they are online

New today - friends appear offline to me and I appear offline to them when we're all online.

Flushed the cache - no luck. Clean un-install using Revo and re-install - no luck.

Thoughts?

Gotta love when you solve your own issues - logged out of the account that was having problems, logged in with another Origin account, logged out and logged back in with the problem account and BINGO - issue resolved. Bizarre.

logging out did not fix this problem for me...any help would be nice.
