Hi Guys,
Me again - I noticed that this issue is related to installing new Nvidia drivers - only when I rollback to the ones from July 2015 it's ok.
I tried to the fix via Visual C++ installation but this did not helped (please confirm is uninstalling and cleaning registry necessary or using install file for repair option enough.
Still - would be nice to have newer drivers from nvidia, did anyone came across the same as the new drivers caused the issue?

Found the solution. Download the Nviidia Driver launched on 31st may 2015 v 352.86 (don't download later ones it creates problem with nvwgf2umx.dll and Direct X 10)
1. Unplug the Nviida card start up with your default GPU from motherboard.
2. Unistall all the Nvidia Latest updated driver via Control panel.
3. Use CCleaner to clean registry
4.Restart the computer via Nvidia card display (Don't connect internet keep it offline)
5.. Install Nvidia driver version v 352.86
6. While installing this driver if you don't see the message Dwm.exe (desktop window manager) crash message that means you are on right track.
7. after full installation and restarting your PC log in to Origin (IGOProxy64.exe error has gone) and join the game. If game starts without any errors your problem is resolved.
So even if you face the problem I suggest update C++ 2012 to version 4 aswell as download C++ 2015. Remember dont update the driver it will surely starting to crash.
Hope it will help.

Awesome! Reinstalling that C++ package from Microsoft did the trick for me. Thanks! :-)

easiest fix as noted throughout this post - install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013. very quick. I am running Windows 10, and this worked for me.
first, close out of Origin- then do the steps below.
1.open your list of installed programs in control panel. check to see which of the visual studio redist packages you have installed. you will probably have (x86).
2.you will go to Microsoft web site, download center. select Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 as above.
3. when you click the download button, there will be a list of packages to install. pick (x64) if it wasn't in your program list from step 1.
4. follow the instructions to download/install. when its done, open origin, and the problem should be fixed.

Hello@Yangzh3n
First of all- have you added Origin into anti-virus software and windows firewall's white list?
Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client.
Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-wi
You have 2 Windows Firewall / Antivirus Allowed Programs...
Origin.exe is added as a firewall / exception for 'C:\Program Files\Origin\Origin.exe'.
OriginER.exe is added as a firewall exception for 'C:\Program Files\Origin\OriginER.exe'.
Restart your PC ... and if your issue persist you need to install this http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.as
I think you should be fine .

All my best.
