Been constantly having this issue since the game launched. The game will crash every ~5-20 mins without fail.
I cant solve it, anyone have any way to fix this as its incredibly frustrating and I'm seeing others have the same issue too.
Here's the full error:
directx function "DX11 Renderer::tryMap" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED ("The video card has been physically reomved from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred. "). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti ", Driver: 358991. This error is usually casued by the graphics driver crashing; try intsalling the latest drivers. Also, make sure you have a supported grpahics card with at least 2GB.

@kim-habiak Hi, as above, if the issue persists can you post a link to your dxdiag.
This list of troubleshooting steps should help, though.

Hi,
Try to turn the VSync on in the Video game settings. It looks like it worked with me (fingers crossed).

Try to reduce, or just avoid, overclocking your GPU (run at stock configuration). Try also disable Origin in game (on screen overlay). When you are about to install nvidia drivers, click on advanced installation, check box "clean installation" and uncheck 3D Vision software/driver stuff (two itens).
For those who have nvidia driver version 359.06 and have SLI enabled: disable it.
Or you can roll back nvidia driver to version 359.00 and enable SLI again.
Your choice!

@anthonycloutier Hey, can you post the exact error message you're getting, there can be many similar ones.
If you post your dxdiag that may help too.

Thank you.
