Claim refunds for abandoned games? [ Edited ]

Can we claim refunds for games that you have abandoned yet still sell?

Game is ruined by cheats, mods etc. Hardly difficult to see - spend a few minutes playing it (or even better, actually read the cheat reports and act on them). Now stuck with a game I bought all the DLC for, can play for about 10 minutes before someone joins and ruins it. 

At the very least, it seems reasonable to put a disclaimer on the game description to say it's no longer moderated so people know what they are buying.
