premeium editon content not loading

I recently bought an EA play pro subscription to unlock the exclusive premiere edition content but every time I boot up the game it still doesn't show any message on raver it's available or not. I first bought the game on Steam and even tried reinstalling it with the ea app through my subscription. I can't find any information online about this, so if someone here has acquired access to the goods in the same way could you please explain the content of the DLC and where to find it in the games menu, that would be gratefully appreciated

yeah I know I was just wondering I I Could use the Play Pro subscription to get the pre-order content like in Squadrons and Jedi Fallen order and Survivor, as a sequel trilogy enjoyer my self I would love to get the exclusive costumes for Rey and Kylo

The ones you got for pre-ordering at lunch back in 2017 from The Last Jedi, I assumed that a Play Pro subscription would unlock them for free like with the preorder exclusive cosmetics like in Squadrons and Jedi Survivor
