Hi, I am having an issue with my game. Anytime I change weapons, or even change the star cards for heroes and vehicles, they never save. This issue is also with the fact that every time the game loads, my volume is all the way down. This means before I play, I must go into almost each soldier division and change my weapons and my star cards. The only fixes I found on this forum was back in 2018 when origin was still around. I have tried using the same methods and have not been successful. I have also tried deleting EA and redownloading it. I have deleted and redownloaded the game, nothing. I have even went as far as resetting windows, still nothing. Is there a way to fix this or am I just stuck wasting 5-10 minutes changing every thing because nothing saves?

To be clear - You reset (reinstalled) Windows without keeping user files, then installed EA app, then the game and you are still having issues?

Yes, I had to reinstall everything. I have reset windows before with keeping files and not even had to download everything. But I have 100% completely reset windows and I'm still having this issue.

Odd. If you do a completely fresh install of just Windows, your graphics drivers, EA app, and the game, it should work. You installed nothing other than what I just listed?
I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, so we can get a bit more detail as to what we're dealing with.

I don't see an answer to the question of what all you install before you try the game.
Beyond that...
If you look in the last section of the DXDIAG report (Diagnostics), you will see multiple memory leak errors. So, it appears something is wrong with memory. This could be a bad configuration in BIOS (e.g. wrong speed set), how you have memory cache configured in Windows, or just a failing DIMM.
Although I would not think that the memory config would cause the issues you are having, it does appear to be something you'll want to resolve.
What would make more sense to me is if the rights to your Windows account are not quite correct for wherever you installed the game and where the user files are kept (two different places for this game). Did you install with a Windows account with admin rights and are you playing with the same?

I guess I'm not sure. The only thing that could resemble "admin rights" that I can think of is having a Windows license which I obviously do. And I installed the game after getting that license.

It sounds like you need to read up on what it means to have admin rights.
