Is it even fun to play anymore?

do you have any plan to fix matchmaking?  I was 7 minutes to match against 3 level 70s  with 2 teammates that can’t get 300 damage.  Either that or can I request a refund as the game is becoming completely unplayable

Do you have crossplay enabled? Match times should be a little faster when it is. Even though PCers have a bit of an advantage, both teams should stand a chance as long as you equip the proper competitor for the game type at hand.

Think it's a little late to try asking for a refund now; might be worth your time getting a few friends to join you and/or facing off against the bots
