Please ea fix this problem we can’t play the game anymore The game freezes when downloading and there is no progress in downloading Even I tried to close the application several times, so same issue and the download is stuck and there is no progress in downloading

 I tried to 

rest my phone 

rest all Settings

Uninstall and reinstall the game

Turn-off WiFi and Turn on

Sign out of apple ID, then sign back in

I tried all of these things but did not succeed and the download is stuck with a lot of people suffering the same problem I hope you fix this problem and in the end I thank EA for the games it offers and all the love and respect for the workers in this company
