Lost Gold Coins after restored the progress

One day, I charged 3 times, but I found I lost one time charging after I restored the progress.

I reported my charge coins lost one time in 3 times in Sep, 2018.

These 2 days, I lost what I won in the game.

I won 240Z (S30) R3 SPEC in 01/25 before the racing game time out, but I didn't see it in 01/26.

I felt unhappy for this software because I found this game cannot record everything when program exit.

So, these months after Sep, 2018, normally, I will load the progresses when I start to play then save the progresses before I exit.

But, if I forgot to do it, that probably cause me lost progresses.

If you guys can help me to recover what I have, I may keep playing it.

But, the big problem is your program cannot save all virtual assets for customers that's a really big problem and your engineer team have to solve it.
