How do I contact EA support with regards to complaints against firemonkeys?

I’ve been trying to get support from firemonkeys for more than four weeks now and every time I put in a new support request they ignore it and mark it closed but it’s far from being resolved I’m hoping EA can help me with this issue since the game I’m having trouble with is part of EA’s lineup I’m running out of options don’t know where else to go from here if EA doesn’t help. Btw the game is Real Racing 3.

I have tried that but it keeps taking me back to firemonkeys support and they close my case ticket as soon as they read it what I need is a link directly to someone in EA help.
