how to take screenshot on pvz:gw pc

on print screen button then paste in paint not working is only black screen. no console also for screenshot command!

Origin itself does not have a built in way to take screenshots, usually people use the PrtScn button you tried. You could use third party applications such as Fraps, puush [will automatically upload the screenshot to your account, then you can download it to edit] etc. There is a screenshots folder for the game, but I have tried every button without success and we do not have console access to try to input commands.
