Plants vs Zombies Xbox 360- can't get passed UPDATE AVAILABLE 

 This is still happening. My son bought the game yesterday, new at Best Buy. I wish I would've known about this before he bought it. He's been a trooper about it not working. My wife (the savvy one of us) spent 4 hours trying everything and I spent 3 hours and its still not resolved. I read the thread that I stole the bold text above all the way through and tried everything suggested there. Anyone else got anything? EA WTHeck?
