Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare missing characters and money

Me too just everything dissapeared all my characters are gone and my coins, rainbow stars, stars, and items to cstomize them. Also when you play as the normal character body parts are missing and there guns are missing.

this happened to me.. but ALL characters gone, ALL pot plants, zombies and stuff also gone.. what do i do?

In my case.

Fila-mint plant has disappeared. It is no longer anymore on my calendar.

my cousins had the same problem he got electric pea for one day then boom its gone he gets alot of characters boom its gone i need help with this why is it happening????
