I saw him once in a video of the funders on the PC, but I never knew how to get him, if someone can help me I will be very grateful.

I've never seen this and I've playing since Founder's. I'm going to presume it's unreleased and they messed about in the files to use it early.

@gametrieuk Hmm, that definetly doesn't look like a set I've seen before. It's definetly NOT been in Rux/PvE regions. Perhaps it's in Rux's cycle of rewards?

The set looks very nice; I can imagine people using this to hide with the crouching gesture as it can blend in with grass environments easily.
