bfn wont open ??

everytime i open bfn on pc , i get this error:

and the file in specific this is about is a system file, which im assuming i cant remove:

ive already tried repairing the anticheat and i feel stuck. i paid $7 for this game and i already have it on my playstation so im thinking of refuning if i cant get this fixed.
