Can you please at amazing autonomy to Sims 5?

Can you please make the Sims intelligent in Sims 5.  I love the set up of Sims 4.  But the Sims are extremely stupid.  I just want to watch them without having to tell them to go to the bathroom or wash their hands.  I want them to build on their interests and not just get on the computer all the time.  I want them to use their smartphone.  I want them to go to the library by themselves.  I want Sims 5 to be a mix of Sims 4 and Simcity.  I just want to make the city grow and prosper and not have to tell the Sims to do their job.  All I want to do is watch without having to do the taxes or get the mail.  I want them to choose their own career based on their interests and traits.  100 percent full autonomy.  Can you please do that?
