My account has been banned, I don't understand why

Hello, good evening,

First of all, I want to say that I really appreciate EA play. I have been playing games in this franchise for more than 2 years and I like to spend time with my friends. However, what was my surprise when I tried to connect to Apex Legends apparently my EA play account was banned in violation of the user agreement. However, I did absolutely nothing, a few days ago my account was hacked and I was able to get it back * from your competent services that you make available. I would very much like to be able to recover my EA play account since I have played a lot on some games, mainly Apex Legends, I have also put money on some EA play games so I hope to be banned since I have not done anything.

I don't understand the reason for the ban since I didn't do anything.

Tout d’abord merci de votre réponse et désolé je ne savais pas ou demander une explication pour ce qui c’est passé , cependant je n’arrive pas à trouver la page pour contester la suspension afin de rédiger un mail auriez-vous le liens direct pour que je puisse rédiger un mail.
