ERRO EA PP

Boa noite, desde que loguei no meu Origin e atualizei para o EA APP aparece esse erro da imagem e não consigo logar nem jogar.

Já reinstalei e nada adiantou. O que devo fazer?

Minha plataforma é o PC e meu computador tem todos os requisitos para o game pois já jogava com o Origin

Thanks for creating this thread. I'm afraid the board you've shared this on is supported in English, so this won't get much response if it remains over there. Ola @andresilva949 Tente rodar o aplicativo como administador, nos informe se o problema persistir.

Limpei cache, desinstalei e reinstalei o jogo e inclusive rodo como administrador e nada do jogo abrir desde sexta feira na mudança para o EA app. SOCORRO!!!
