Problem with audio in apex legends

Hi, I have a problem today with apex legends and I don't have a solution now.

Yesterday I was playing good but today I see that in the settings at the final of sound settings says: "Windows sound configuration: 7.1 surround"

I can`t hear the voices of my teammates if I don`t see them, same with shoots and anything else, it`s like I have headphones with that type of audio but I don't have, I always play with the speakers of the TV in stereo audio

If anybody knows what is happening pls say to me :,(

Ten en cuenta que estás escribiendo en el tablón de AHQ en Español, por lo que aquí únicamente podemos prestar ayuda en ese idioma y no en inglés.

Por lo que entiendo de tu mensaje juegas en PC pero con el monitor de la televisión. ¿Has probado con otro dispositivo para ver si te pasa lo mismo y tienes el mismo error de no escuchar nada?
