unlocking animals in Mahjong Safari

does anyone know how to get the animals in Mahjong Safari unlocked I'm almost t level 60 and it won't unlock any all I completed was 1

Nothing happens when clicking on task, it just wants me to upgrade first animal. After being awarded first animal for free, all other animals still have locks on them. I have tried Edge and firefox, still no joy. Its not this computer because the other account has all animals unlocked. I don't think it's computer, or browser issue but accounts issue. why? 2 accounts 1 computer, different results.

Let's figure this out. What level are you currently showing for Mahjong Sanctuary? (You mentioned Safari, but I assume this is for Sanctuary?)

I have 100 stars and all the animals so far have been used. what do I do
