sign in problem

I have been trying for over a week to sign into my Club Pogo account. It won't accept my password (says wrong password) and I have never changed my password. I KNOW it is right. When I do the 'lost password" thing ---it tells me it will email me. I never ever get that email, although I get other emails from Pogo.

I can get in to play using Facebook but I cannot access my account! And I am getting no help from anywhere!

Please,please help. I have been a member for MANY years!
