player not getting scores as they play

I am a host of Golden Beatz 5 player 2 week tours. I have a team mate that bowls for hours yet her scores do not reflect her games. There will be some movement but she should have WAY more than what shows up as her score. The team settings are correct so I am perplexed by this situation. As you can imagine, she is very upset. What can be done about this?  She is a great bowler. She either wins or is in the top 3 in each game. She deserves to have her rightful score instead of about a 10th of it. HELP!
