You'll need to give a bit more information if you want help.

Can you describe exactly what is happening? Do you get an error message? Does the game start to load, but never seems to finish loading? Does the game start to load, but the game window turns pale yellow/white/black?

Which browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)?
Have you tried using a different browser? Did you get the same results?

Is this happening on any other games, try these Flash gems (Bejeweled3, Stack 'em, Poppit Sprint, etc) or these Java based games (Pogo Addicition Solitaire, Everyone Wins Bingo, Boardwalk Seaball, etc)?

Do any other games run normally?

Could you also click on the following link and then ‘copy and paste’ the displayed results into a reply here?

This will give me a general overview on your computer set-up and hopefully give me some pointers to help.

If your game fails to load, there are some options to take to possibly help allow you to load the game.

1. There is a simple way for reloading a game that might work using the Shift and F5 keys. When at the game and it doesn't load, press and hold down the Shift key on your keyboard, then while holding it down also press the F5 key. This is a way to reload the game, if it works for you.

2. A second way that might help that is fairly quick is to exit the pogo website and return using a different browser. The main browsers include Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari. If you have used only one browser before, you will need to go to another browser's web page and download the browser for use. When you've done this, open it and return to Pogo and try loading the game again. I recommend Google Chrome. It seems to work well with games here usually.

3. If your game fails to load, you might want to be sure you don't have several other programs open and running, because they take up memory on your computer and browser.

4. There is a Compatibility Tool on the Pogo Help page to provide information that might identify areas for improvement. If you run this tool and attach a screen shot, it can be reviewed by the EA community managers to identify possible problems.

5. Another option that is a little more complicated and time consuming is to clear your browser's cache to make more memory available. If you've never cleared your browser's cache or haven't done so in a long time, this could slow loading and game operation, failure to load or screen freeze.

To clear your browser, start by opening it from your computer (or tablet). For most browsers (except Safari) look in the upper right corner.  For Edge and Chrome, click on the 3 dots (vertical or horizontal). For Internet Explorer click on the gear symbol.  For Firefox, click on the vertical lines (not the horizontal lines).   Click there, and a drop down menu will appear.  Look around for the word  "History".  For Internet Explorer 11, look first for the phrase Internet Options, and it will take you to a menu with browsing history. Now chose the option to clear the cache.  For Safari 8.0 - 10.0 (Mac), click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data. I don't use a Mac computer, so it is possible that doing these steps might also remove the cookies. See the warning about that below.

If you've never cleared your browser cache before, it could take some time to remove all that saved information, even a half hour or longer. But the time taken is worth the effort for better game performance. If you clear the cache periodically, you will see that clearing the cache goes much faster. When the cache is being cleared, there is usually some animation shown that the clearing is in progress. When it's finished, the animation stops and sometimes there is also a message letting you know the the cache is cleared.

When you are clearing your browser's cache, if you want to free more memory, you can clear the browsing history and/or cookies. Clearing the browser history is fairly safe. However, I have a warning about clearing the cookies. CAUTION.... if you clear the cookies, you will delete your login information (account name or email address and password) at ALL websites where you log in. So I would not recommend clearing your cookies UNLESS you have your log in information written down or saved someplace on your computer. If you clear your cookies and cannot remember your login information, the next time you return to the websites, you will not be able to enter.
